Witold Waszczykowski, (ur. 5 maja 1957 roku w Piotrkowie Trybunalskim) - polski dyplomata, były wiceminister w Ministerstwie Spraw Zagranicznych.
Ukończył studia magisterskie na Wydziale Filozoficzno-Historycznym Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego (1980), a także na na Wydziale Stosunków Międzynarodowych Uniwersytetu w Oregon (1991). Doktor nauk humanistycznych Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego (1993) Pracownik Ministerstwa Spraw Zagranicznych od 1992 roku. Od 1997 do 1999 roku pełnił funkcję zastępcy Przedstawiciela RP przy NATO w Brukseli, a w latach 1999 - 2001 ambasadora Polski w Teheranie w Iranie. Następnie pracował w Departamencie Strategii i Planowania Polityki Zagranicznej oraz był zastępcą dyrektora Departamentu Afryki i Bliskiego Wschodu.
Od 4 listopada 2005 roku podsekretarz stanu w MSZ. Po powołaniu nowego rządu 16 listopada 2007 pozostał na tym stanowisku.
